Come on the Whites!
It's gut check time for the Leeds - our most important match of the season. Despite losing 15 points at the beginning of the season and our assistant and general manager during the course of a brilliant run to the top, we've managed to finish fifth. Now we have to finish the job. We're up against it after losing the home leg 1-2, but we beat Carlisle away earlier in the season, so there's always hope.
I'll be on a lonely Leeds watch but join in if you're around.

Five Live is still on with a minute until kick-off. Let's hope it doesn't pop off. The crowd sounds brilliant!
Here we go...here we go...here we go!
Leeds are dominating possession early on. They are not allowing Carlisle near their goal.
Michalkik wins the ball from Dobie with a clumsy challenge in the Leeds box. Carlisle appeal for a penalty, however the referee rightly waves play-on. Phew!
YESSSS! Jonathan Howson with a rocket to bring us level - 0-1 on the night and 2-2 on aggregate. A great start!
Here's how the league not using away goals helps us. As it stands, we're completely level.
In other action tonight, Tom Huddlestone has fired the England U-21s into the lead against Wales with a penalty.
Johnson's cross from the left is headed well wide of Westwood's far post by Beckford from close-range. That was a poor effort from the Leeds striker. Come on, Jermaine!
Theo Walcott has added a second for the England U-21s. Wouldn't mind seeing young Theo down the Elland if Arsene doesn't fancy playing him.
Neil Kilkenny's powerful half-volley from the edge of the Carlisle box is saved with ease by Westwood in the centre of his goal.
Danny Graham's effort from the edge of the Leeds box is blocked by Paul Huntington. This is a very open match at the moment.
Hey Bob,
I am here!!!
Way to go.
Isn't Five Live blacked out for you?
Yeah, mate. It is. How about you? I'm back onto the WSD from yesterday, just for the illusion of soccer chatter. Good to have you on board.
I am listening to talksport.
Have you tried to listen to it again?
I just did but it was just a preview of the Champions League final. Is the match on?
No, when you first open the website audio opens up automatically. I just that and then click Listen Live
It's not the match but they talk sport and go to the match for live updates
Sounds good. I'm on it now but it's all adverts so far.
according to the Beeb, the possession is 64-36 Good Guys
Yes, there is commercials and other sports but it's worth a listen.
Alright here they go with the regular programming. This is really good. Thanks.
Half an hour gone in Carlisle. Looking good so far but I want another goal.
I used to like to listen to the this on Saturday mornings while the 3 o'clock games are on but this season they now have commentary of a match so it is recorded programming.
At 5, there is Manc and Liverpudlian arguing with each other!!
Sounds like the Rangers fans were naughty boys last night. Their team was rubbish on the pitch too.
It did seem pretty nasty
Hackney's cross from the left is headed away from the onrushing Graham by Michalik five yards from the Leeds goal. That was great defending.
I dunno, is it really the city of Manchester's responsibility to provide free entertainment for fans who've traveled without any possibility of getting into the match? I don't think so. Would you go along if you didn't have tickets? I wouldn't - I'd stay at home and watch.
Half time is approaching. Hang in there, lads. Carlisle have come to life in the past five minutes.
Play has been stopped because surprisingly a beachball is on the pitch. The ballboy quickly removes the ball and play can continue.
I agree with you completely about the fans
Mike got out there just in time
Debs is at Mike's show in Brighton right now
Half time: The referee blows his whistle for half-time and Leeds have the advantage on the night. The scores are level on aggregate and it looks like we are set for a great second-half at Brunton Park.
Nice one - I'd love to be there!
Are you going to send in a tabloid headline about Rio.
COME ON BOB, USE YOUR JOURNALISM SKILLS!!!
Sorry, I missed that one; I was in the bog. What was the competition?
Second half has started. No changes. Come on you Whites!
They will repeat it but you have to send in a headline about Rio's new contract at United.
It has to be tabloidish!!
Make it funny and put Leeds in it somehow
The Carlisle keeper Westwood seems really good, damn him!
Right-ee-o. I'll have a go.
He made some great saves in the first leg.
One was with his finger nail!
Beckford's curling effort from the edge of the Carlisle box goes narrowly wide of Westwood's left-hand post. Leeds are on top at the start of this half.
A couple of weeks ago, they had this competition about Evra having a dodgy tummy. They were making each other cry with laughter
Kilkenny runs onto Beckford's lay-off and slices a woeful effort well wide of Westwood's right-hand post. We need to bury some of these chances!
I am off to the Bost Office, I will be back in a few minutes.
Who's ever heard of a bost office!!!
Leeds have dominated the start of this half. They have had plenty of shots from long-range, however they have yet to test Westwood in the Carlisle goal.
Are you mailing a backage?
Silly bunt.
Thirty minutes left and still deadlocked at 2-2 on aggregate.
Carlisle are starting to get back into this match. They have dominated possession in the last few minutes.
Ankergren races out of his goal to claim the ball just inside his penalty area ahead of the onrushing Dobie.
The match is in a bit of a lull at the moment. The crowd have gone very quiet and both sides are struggling to keep the ball.
Leeds work a fantastic passing move to give Prutton a shot at goal. The midfielder's effort from five yards, however, is blocked by Westwood. We're still creating the better chances.
73 mins: This match is starting to open up again. Both sides are starting to find space in the centre of midfield.
Down to the last fifteen minutes. Come on you Whites!
England U-21s have finished 2-0 over Wales.
Beckford's curling effort from the edge of the Carlisle box is saved with ease by Westwood in the centre of his goal.
Hey, I am back.
If this goes to extra time, Five Live will click back on for it
Huntington is penalised by the referee after he hauls Dobie to the ground on the edge of the Leeds box. Free-kick to Carlisle. Hang in there, lads!
Down to the last five minutes - I'm waiting for you to state it.
IT'S LEEDS TIME!!!
Thank you - we've had the better of it tonight and we deserve the win.
according to soccernet, Leeds have out shot Carlisle 19-7 and 12-4 on goal
It looks like extra-time might be need to separate these two teams. Remember away goals do not count in this tie. And thank goodness for that!
This is REALLY Leeds time now!!!
Dougie.. do your stuff
There will be one minute of additional time.
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I called it, LEEDS TIME!!!
UNBELIEVABLE! We've done it! Howson again!
AND IT'S OVER!!!!
WELL DONE!!!!
That's why I was waiting for you to say it. You've got the knack.
I'll make sure I do it at WEMBLEY!!!
Many congratulations!!!!
NOW, DON'T BLOW IT!!
That's it!
Macca's going to Wembley - his knees are all a trembly - la la la la....la la la la
Cheers, mate. Nice chatting with you today.
Take care
Very exciting read Bob & Dave. Thanks and way to go, you Whites! They are singing in Frederick, MD, no doubt!
Cheers, Trev. Let's hope the lads can do the biz at Wembley a week from Sunday.
I add my congrats too Gator.
SO IT'S THE BATTLE OF YORKSHIRE!!
Doncaster crush Southend 5-0
So,who will be the Kings of E-ba-gums?
Actually it was 5-1 today. Southend got a consolation, but I'm ready for the Yorkshire pudding bake-off a week Sunday.
