Lakenheath Old Boys

We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

Footie Trivia Question of the Week

We haven't done a trivia question in quite a while but I caught this one on one of the broadcasts over the weekend and thought it might make a good one:

"Which four players have notched consecutive hat-tricks in Premiership games?"

Good luck, lads!

Well Drogba is one. He scored one in the last game of last season against Wigan and then the opening day of this season against WBA

That's a good start, mate. Yes, it was in relation to Drogs that this conversation came up on Saturday afternoon. He actually a chance to become the first player in English football to score three consecutive hat-tricks in 46 years!

How about the other three?

Ferdinand - yes
Ginola - non

One more to go - and it should be an obvious one for the Gooner and Simon!
