Lakenheath Old Boys

We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

Premiership Predictions Plus Game - Week 36

With only two Premiership matches to play, it's all change at the top and all change in our PPP stakes, WHR the main beneficiary of Citeh's 1-0 win over United on Monday. Matthew – 19 pts 4. Thomas – 13 pts 5. Man Utd Rules – 12 pts 6. Gooner71 – 10 pts - Someone Said – 10 pts 8. AZ Kicker – 9 pts - Yellows – 9 pts 10. Simon Burke – 6 pts - United We Stand – 6 pts

COME ON TOON!!!

Two great goals too!!

It is going to go down to the wire for those last two(possibly one ) spot

Arsenal have Norwich at home and West Brom away(Woy's last game in charge)
Spurs have the easiest of the matches. Villa away and Fulham at home

Newcastle have the worst run in
Citeh at home and Everton away.

Surely, it will be the two London clubs... not sure what order!

For the sake of diplomacy, let me merely add that the best result would be for both the Gunners and the Toon to win their final two matches and end up in 3rd and 4th places respectively. Everyone hunky dory, now?

See what I started! Chelsea must be all but eliminated from CL contention and now the Toon even have a chance of finishing in 3rd place. Is everyone ready for an evil FA Cup Final?

The final should be a match between two teams relegated from the EPL last May. One team will make a quick return.

I'M FOREVER BLOWING BUBBLES!
