Lakenheath Old Boys
We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

Thanks for the question, MUR. There must be a catch here as it seems a bit too obvious.
My first instinct is to say, "Earn two promotions in consecutive seasons," but surely that's happened more than four times.
How about - "Earn two consecutive automatic promotions."
Good question
I am going to have to just take a guess
A manager has been promoted in first two consecutive seasons as manager
My pleasure, BD. You are correct that there is a catch. I can only give you half credit as they are the tenth team to have won two consecutive promotions on way to the top flight. The correct answer is that plus something else that happened only four times.
BD was closer to the correct answer. The angle is dealing with consecutive promotions, but something else was involved. To be honest, I did not research the managers involved. If you need a hint let me know.
They were second both times in their promotion. They didn't win the league either time?
Not even finishing second both times
Finishing second in League 1 to go straight up
I think I will need to give a hint. Think of something that happened last season along with this season.I am talking about something that happened in pairs that involved a pair of clubs each of the four times .I hope that helps.
