Subs - Friedel, Huddlestone, Naughton, Liverpool, Assou-Ekotto, Caballos, Carroll.

Subs - Mucha, Jelavic, Ovieda, Naismith, Hitzelsperger, Stanes, Duffy.
Good morning BD. I am watching liverpool vs the Hammers on FSC +. Pool have wanted two pens. One for a supposed hand ball by Collins when he blocked a shot by Suarez and one now for a tackle on Glen Johnson.Still 0-0 seventeen minutes in.
UWS said that he will be gone today , at a fantasy baseball draft.
Some other scores.
Crewe 1 Southend 0 in the first half of the JPT Final
Rangers lead 1-4 at Queens Park(not QPR) in the second half of a Glasgow Derby.
A corner from Gary O'Neill was cleared by Caradonna. The Diame dribbles through the Pool defense and shoots over. Danny Sturridge is on for downing. I don't know if that's tactical or due to injury
Great save by Jussi from suarez as that substitution nearly paid dividends. Sturridge with a great run put Suarez down the right and he cut in to shoot , then Nolan headed back to his keeper.
Rangers have won a Glasgow Derby at Hampden park as they won 1-4 at Queens Park(not Rangers)
Now I have the PIP option so I can watch both matches. Coffee and a blueberry at the ready too. Now I am all set.
They're underway from SFL.
Morning, MUR - I'm back with coffee and a bagel for the kick-off. You're justing eating one blueberry? ;-)
Halftime and Crewe lead Southend 1-0 in the JPT final
GOAL! Stunning early strike from Ade to launch Spurs into the lead. Gooner will not be pleased.
Great ball in there and Ade could hardly miss although Timmy nearly saved with his legs.
That will have Spurs only two points behind Citeh ahead of the Manc derby tomorrow.
GOAL !!! 1-0 SPURS AND ADE SCORES OFF CROSS FROM ERTONGHEN 34 SECONDS IN.TIMMY SHOULD HAVE SAVED THAT
Hello Bob. It's a jumbo blueberry muffin.
Someone will not be pleased either. How about Bob?
I have the PIP on as Liverpool vs the Hammers in on plus. It's 0-0 with seven minutes plus stoppage time till the half.
I'm agnostic about the whole thing. Don't feel anything for Spurs one way or another.
Great through ball by Coutinho to Sturridge , who had a shot blocked then he put through Stevie G who had a shot blocked for a corner that led to a scramble in the box and a foul against Pool
Sounds like the Liverpool match is a bore.
Same here regarding Spurs. They did get screwed in the Wenger Cup last season.
It is except for a few odd incidents.
Did you read what I stated about UWS being a no show today?
Nolan heads well wide from a short corner.
A half chance for Everton as Dawson gifted possession to Osman and he curled high and wide. Jordan Henderson has a shot deflected for a corner. The corner from Coutinho is cleared. A minute of stoppage time./
Thompkins tackles Suarez for a late corner . two great saves by Jussi off the corner and the half time whistle blows before the next corner can be taken.Halftime and 0-0 from Anfield.
Dawson cuts out a cross from Ross Barkley for a corner.
Yeah - I caught that on the JHJ thread. He's at his Fantasy Baseball thingie.
GOAL !!! 1-1 AS JAGS HEADS IN A CORNER FROM BAINES ,UNMARKED AT THE FAR POST.
GOAL! Jags equalizes with a classic corner routine!
I hope to see more of that for England in the future. Hit the back post and kept his header down. Made it really difficult for those on the line to clear it.
1-1!
I see that Reading hosts Liverpool next Saturday. Can you say dead and buried?
Great corner from Baines - he's got to be the one that Hodgson is watching, not Leon Osman.
I agree, Bob.
Yeah - I reckon that Reading and QPR are gone now. But there are still about six sides who could get sucked into that 18th slot.
I would think so. Is he watching anyone form Spurs because Dawson has been shaky?
Dembele with a wild effort. I agree with the color guy - he doesn't score enough.
And a dozen sides battling for two relegation spots in the Championship? That's half the bloody division.
Former LUFC loanee Ross Barkley in the starting line-up for the Toffees today.
The same can be said about Ade. TI think that was only his third EPL goal of the season.
Yeah - it is a crazy, crazy season in the Championship with all of the sides compressed in the middle.
Holtby crossed for Ade and it was just too high.
Crewe now lead 2-0 in the the second half of the final of Bob's favorite competition, the JPT
I'm really glad I don't have to pay attention to the JPT any more. I used to get excited about the Northern Division - it was our best chance at silverware!
I am sure at least one of the relegated sides from the Championship will come straight up as they will not be any worse than half the teams that will stay up.
I was teasing.I knew that you were pleased to see Leeds not having to worry about that any longer.
If Wigan get a win at Loftus Road today, a lot of clubs are going to start to get nervous - all the way up to Norwich in 13th.
High and wide by Holtby.
Yeah - apart from Not a Big Club - their proper place is in L1 with their city rivals.
I stated that 39 points should be enough to stay up. I wonder if that is still the case. I guess Chelsea vs Sunderland will be a key match in deciding that.
That's a common phrase - "high and wide by Holtby" - I don't rate him.
High and wide by Walker after being set up by Parker.
What's with the polite applause - Shite Fart sounds more like a garden party today.
Thankfully, Holtby can't play for England because he's already played a Euro qualifier for Germany. Before that he was elligible to play for both countries.
I agree. it is much louder at Anfield.
The second half is underway from Anfield.
I will be cheering for Sunderland to lose their remaining matches , so I guess I am cheering for Chelsea today.
Sounds like there's not much to cheer about at Anfield. This one at least has goals and chances.
Spurs thought they had a shout for a penalty as it looked like handball by Darren Gibson.
Chelsea vs Sunderland Newcastle vs Fulham kick off in about twenty minutes .Both are Geordie vs west London matches.
So will the rest of the bottom of the table.
Liverpool seem intent on playing to the theme of a famous group from that city. I am referring to the Beetles. Lots of Helter Skelter!
Agreed, BD.
A rare drop-ball here.
An old fashioned drop ball. I love it.Osman just about beats Kyle Walker to it.
A great solo run by Stevie G and his cross was cut for a corner that was taken short and run out by Jordan Henderson.
Anichebe down injured for the Toffees.
Anichebe is down for the count. I don't know why they don't play Jelavic anyway - I've never been impressed by Anichebe.
Nearly a goal for Pool as it was a great solo run by Suarez as he had a cross cut out then Thompkins blocked from Stevie G on the line.
Both have been out of form.I think it's a dilemma for Moyes.
Coutinho wanted a free kick off a through ball as he went down easily just outside the box. The replay showed it was minimal contact by Diame.
A cross from Suarez and nobody in the six yard box made the vital contact
True - that and Fellaini being out.
Into stoppage time art WHL.
Is Daniel Sturridge playing for Pool today?
The Toffees are doing well despite that. Jags heads a cross from Dembele out for a late corner.
The corner caught by Timmy.
Sturridge is playing. He came on for Downing around the 20th minute
Collison came on for Vaz Te.
Half-time arrives amidst polite applause from the Shite Fart Tea Party assemblage. 1-1. Off to tidy up.
Halftie and 1-1 at WHL.
Not so polite at Anfield. Have fun, Bob.
Sturridge has scored, but the goal is disallowed as he's well offside. Suarez appeared to have blocked am attempted Hammers clearance with his hand then Sturridge, well offside, deflected an effort from Stevie G into the goal, but to no avail.
Just wide by Coutinho as he did well to cut inside.A corner was given as Collins headed out and Suarez shot wide from outside the box.
That should have been a penalty for Pool as Thompkins appeared to trip Stevie G. Corner given.
A poor corner and Sturridge cannot direct it to goal depsite his best effort.
Jordan Henderson is replaced Assaidi, the Morrocan international signed from Dutch club,Herenveen.
I am loading a link for Chelsea vs Sunderland.,
Over by Stevie G.
No luck loading a link . Perhaps it's not meant to be,.
The second half is underway from SFL.
It finally loaded on link 3. Ten minutes in and 0- from SB
Back on at Shite Fart. Still the garden party atmosphere. Do they think they're watching croquet?
If Liverpool can't beat West Ham at home today, surely they have to give up on European football for next season.
Another Hammers change as Pogatetz is on for Thompkins.
Wow - Chelski and Arsenal now exactly even on 56 points and +27 GD from 31 matches.
I would think so, regarding Pool
The link is horrible because it keeps stuttering and is probably several minutes behind, but that's the best I can do after en attempts.
GOAL! That's torn it - Everton in front through Mirallas.
GOAL !!! 1-2 TOFFEES AS MIRALLIS GIVES EVERTON THE LEAD.
Spurs after leading in the first minute are now staring down the barrel of a bad home loss that would bring Arsenal within a point of them.
A lovely goal as Everton won the ball from a Spurs goal kick.Anichebe passed to Mirallis and he ran and cut in before scoring with a great finish.
End to end stuff - Dembele comes close and then Osman nearly latches onto a loose ball in the area. Both goalkeepers did well.
Great save by Timmy from Dembele as Jelavic was on for Barkley
All the goals at Shite Fart this morning. Crowd warming to it.
Matty Kilgallon blocks an effort from Ba that appeared to be going on. Paolo with a bold line up, starting Kilgallon and Connor Whickham
Five minutes of stoppage time at Anfield.
Kilgallon is another LUFC Academy product.
Then David Lewis with a key block from Adam Johnson when it appeared Cech was beaten. Paolo with the antics,.
He hadn't played for Sunderland at ions despite being there for nearly the last two years
Oh - Clint fires one just wide of the side netting.
Just wide by Clint as Desmond is pondering an appearance at the Lane tea Party
It finishes 0-0 at Anfield . A great result for the Hammers
Desmond might like a crumpet.
It is indeed. Probably two points from safety now.
Oh - Walker rips one from 40 yards that warms up Timmy's hands!
Down to about twenty minutes and change for Everton to rescue this one.
AVB goes to his bench and finds....Fatty Huddlestone!?
Mixed response from the Spurs supporters now.
Gibson with a rash challenge on Parker. Sets up a useful free kick chance.
Siggy to whip this one in - cleared out for a corner.
I had to take Jacquelyn to Bat Mitzvah lessons . Did I miss much?
Not a lot, mate. Not a lot. Fatty came on a moment ago. Spurs haven't had any real ideas. No goals elsewhere.
Still 0-0 at SB.Sounds like I didn't miss much
Thanks mate. I guess they were awaiting my return
I"ve been chatting with David Vansuch via Skype. Trying to see if he's able to put me up for the nights of June 14 and 15 so I can attend a wedding in NYC.
Hazard straight at Migonolet and Mirallis is booked at the Tea Party. Alice in Wonderland?
Hope that works out.Are you officiating?
Oh - good hold up play from Jelavic and Mirallas but Anichebe wastes the eventual chance.
Anichebe fires over. Into stoppage time at SB
Yeah - that's the one I'm officiating. In Central Park. Photos to come...
O'Shea headed on a corner and Azpielcuieta nearly scored an OG.
Three minutes of stoppage time at SB.
Definitely a great occasion at central Park
Actually Sunderland have the lead as Azpielcuieta headed into his own goal, but hard to tell due to the poor quality of the footage,
Steven Naismith came on for Mirallis
GOAL! Desmond does arrive. Siggy pokes home a rebound. Priceless goal.
Sunderland have a shock , pirceless halftime lead at SB thanks to that OIG.
GOAL !!! DESMOND AT THE LANE AS IT WAS A GREAT RUN DOWN THE RIGHT BY WLAKER , HIS PASS WAS HOT OFF THE POST BY ADE AND EASILY PUT AWAY BY SIGGY.
So Sunderland lead 0-1 at SB at the half thanks to that stoppage time OG by Azpielcuita off the Sunderland corner.Your thoughts?
Oh - Anichebe has a great chance but blows it. Lloris did well. Big chance.
Great save by lloris as Anichebe was through on goal.
Into stoppage time at SFL.
Hard for me to root for either of those sides. Chelski are a moneybags club owned by a Russian gangster and Sunderland have just hired an avowed fascist. A pox on both their houses?
Your thoughts on that shock halftime score at SB
Four minutes of stoppage time at the Lane.I couldn't agree with you more about the match at SB. Hard to root for either side.
A shot from Siggy is deflected for a corner.
The corner from Siggy is kept by Spurs and eventually cleared.
Kyle Walker fouls Anichebe just outside the box.
Lloris catches the free kick from Baines. That's it as it finishes Desmond at The Lane,.
If that Sunderland result holds up, the cat will really be amongst the pigeons at the bottom of the table. It would really threaten Norwich, Stoke and Newcastle. A Wigan result today has similar implications. Might need 40+ to survive.
The late match is on us now. Here's the team news:
QPR: Cesar; Bosingwa, Samba, Hill, Traore; Townsend, Jenas, Mbia, Hoilett; Remy, Zamora. Subs: Green, Park, Taarabt, Mackie, Granero, Onuoha, Ben Haim.
Wigan: Robles, Alcaraz, Scharner, Figueroa; Boyce, McCarthy, Gomez, Beausejour; McManaman, Kone, Maloney. Subs: Al-Habsi, Caldwell, Di Santo, Henriquez, McArthur, Espinoza, Stam.
Referee: Phil Dowd.
Wow - Chelski have equalized through an LUFC Academy o.g. They've traded own goals this afternoon.
Wigan have a chance to leapfrog Sunderland in 17th with a clear win at Loftus Road today. I won't be a classic but it should be enthralling given the implications.
Spurs are now only two points ahead of Arsenal and Chelski and having played one more game. That was a big loss of two points today.
Back from another errand and see Chelsea have tie it up at SB. Great to see Paolo's team getting it stuck to them
Furious pace at the start of this one.
I would love to see Wigan win at Loftus Road for those reasons.
As I typed I missed Chelsea scoring a second and now my link froze then unfroze. It says that Ivanovic scored as Chelsea lead 2-1.
HAHA PAOLO!YOU NUMPTY!
The corner from Beausejour is headed out by Clint Hill.
COME ON WIGAN!
Free kick to QpR. Samba controls the free kick from Bosingwa and Townsend makes a mess of it.
North Londoners not as pleased - Chelski have risen to third again and Arsenal drop out of the Wenger Cup.
Great football from Wigan and Beausejour does well to pick out McManaman as he shoots straight at Julius Cesar
Oh - Remy with a marvelous strike off the Sunday Roast.
OH ! Remy had a shot come off the post and out for a goal kick as it was a great long ball from Bosingwa.
Arsene will claim that he has a divine right as it is his cup!
He does indeed. Could be curtains for Arsene if he doesn't win his cup again this season.
I think Sunderland are currently ahead of wigan for that last relegation spot on goal difference.
Titus booked for a rash challenge.Paolo will have his patience tested with this erratic defender.
It may have been Danny Rose that was booked, but either way, Titus will give Paolo reason for antics , as if he needs an excuse.
Yes - that's right - -11 for Sunderland and -20 for Wigan.
Torres heads just over off a cross from Oscar and the Side Show is down holding his ankle.
That appears to be it for the Side Show as JT is warming up to come on.
Paolo giving instructions to Adam Johnson and N'Diaye. That Chelsea change has been made.
Torres wins a Chelsea corner.
A wasted corner as a foul was called.
Beausejour wins a corner and takes it short , but a cross from Maloney was cut out
Jordi Gomez has been felled by Zamora and Wigan fans are baying for blood. Yellow.
Adam Johnson shot just wide , but I missed it due to the link stuttering
Another Sunderland change that I missed for the same reason on this really dodgy link
BOBBY ZAMORA HAS BEEN SENT OFF FOR EVIL QPR!
Well, well, well - it's red!!!
Zamora off and QPR down to ten. A real blow to Harry and the Rangers. I thought it was harsh.
Advantage Wigan then.
The replay showed it was an X rated challenge from Zamora on Jordi Gomez off a throw from Shaun Maloney
Newcastle have fifteen minutes left to pull something out of the hat. A draw would be disappointing for them and keep them right in the relegation battle.
It was a kick in the head. Another blow for QPR. Hard to see them winning this one, but you never know.
IS it still 0-0 at SJP. I think they are two wins from safety.I don't see them going down.
Remy, the danger man for QPR, is just offside there.
If they can't beat Fulham at home, who are they going to beat. The thing is that there are some sides who have been near the bottom who have suddenly found a bit of form - Soton and Villa, e.g. - whereas the likes of Newcastle and Norwich have been in rubbish form recently. I fear the same thing is true for us in the Championship. We haven't won in a month and have lost four on the trot. It's hard in that situation to see where the next point is coming from.
A decent effort from Macmanaman as he curled a long range effort about a foot over.
Jack Colback on for Gardener.
Jack Colback on for Gardener.
I think Norwich are more likely to be sucked in then the Toon. Fulham are a decent mid table side that is hard to beat. The Geordie Derby will be a good indicator of the Toon's survival chances. I think they will manage to stay up.I think Leeds will too. because they have seven matches to eek out three points. I think they will just mange to survive.
Benayoun on for Hazard.
Poor Maloney corner is easily headed out
Absolutely - the Tyne and Weir Derby is a balls-out relegation ding dong. Everything's on the line.
Beausejour called for a foul on Mbia
A scramble in the box off the free kick and Wigan finally gain possession.
