The panel consists of Rebecca, Robbie Earle , and, and Kyle. An interview with Pelligrini, who seems very cordial, the polar opposite of Bobby Manc.
Breaking news: Cabaye not included in the Toon squad for this match ahead of an 18 million Pound bid by the Gunners. The last thing Pardew needs and the last signing the Gunners need as they do not need a ball playing playmaker.
IN ARSENE THEY SHOULD NOT TRUST!

Alan Pardew was interviewed about Cabaye being left out of the squad and seem very uncomfortable. He stated the bid and the player's state of mind as the reason for being left out. He referred to the ten million Pound bid as unacceptable.
Pelligrini definitely the opposite of Mancini. Walks calm and relaxed coming out of the tunnel.
A moment's applause in memory of Bert Trautmann. A great atmosphere at the Etihad.
They're underway from the Etihad.
The pitch in immaculate condition.
Great save by Krul from Aguero then the rebound is blocked. The Toon sliced apart down their left
Superb save by Krul from Jerko off a great pass from Zaba. Corner to Citeh
Lescott heads wide from the corner.
Ben Arfa blasts over from long range off a run and pass from Cissoko.
GOAL !!! 1-0 CITEH . A CROSS FROM JERKO WAS PUSHED AWAY BY KRUL AND SILVA HEADED IN THE REBOUND.SILVA PLAYED JERKO DOWN THE LEFT PRIOR TO THE CROSS.
A great start for Pelligrini in his first Prem match in charge. The Toon lost 4-0 at the Etihad last season. More of the same?
Great run by Ben Arfa to play through Ghouffran, who was flagged offside as he had the ball in the back of the net. Was well off.
Looked like Citeh should have had a pen as Yaya appeared to be tripped in the box by Debuchy. He did go down a little easily. Nice through ball by Jerko.
Lescott gifts possession just outside his box then some Argie bargie as Zaba fouls Jonas just outside the box.
Poor free kick by Ben Arfa headed away by the first man and a Citeh counter nearly worked.
A sign of Newcastle's problem . Ben Arfa tackles Silva in Midfield, goes on a solo run and not one single player was up in support as he was tackled by Lescott.
Jerko drags as Steven Taylor was easily tackled by Fernandinho off a pass from Collocini.
Sorry MUR... I just got back home and am leaving again soon... sorry you'll be alone
Hopefully I'll be around for the CL game
TTFN
Poor back heel by Ghouffran off a nice pass by Ben Arfa.
GOAL !!! 2-0 AS AGUERO FINISHES WITH A SHOT OFF THE INSIDE POST.IT STARTED WITH KOMPANY WINNING THE BALL OFF OF CISSE. HIS LONG PASS WAS NICELY BACK HEELED BY JERKO AND AGUERO EASDILY BEAT FELLOW ARGIE, COLLOCINI AND SCORED WITH A BEAUTIFUL FINISH.
Cheers UWS. No probs.I won't be around for the CL matches because I go back to work tomorrow.
Ben Arfa has a shot blocked for Newcastle's first corner.
Jerko heads away the corner and Citeh now break then give away possession then get it back as Krul rushes out to clear.
Poor foul by Debuchy on Aguero.
Great block by Collocini from Jerko off a nice pass from Silva.
Yanga Mbiwa fouls Jerko by the corner flag and a fracar, but Collocini breaks it up. Andre Marriner books Jerko for the retaliation, but not Yanga Mbiwa for the foul.
Citeh keep possession then the Toon break as the free kick from Navas was cleared. The Toon break and Fernadinho is booked for a foul on Ghouffran on the break.
Aguero fouled by Sissoko and is about to be booked to the delight of the Citeh fans who were none too pleased about that hefty challenge.
Silva off injured due to the foul. The free kick from Nava eludes several Citeh players who just fail to connect.
This match reminds me of Chelsea vs Hull City yesterday
Ben Arfa with a cross/shot that goes well wide to the delight of the Citeh fans.
Debuchy booked for slamming the ball to the ground when a throw didn't his way. Loud cheers from Citeh fans.
Navas is down off of what appeared to be a push by Yawa Mbiwa . It seemed minor but no action taken as Andre Marriner consulted the linesman.
More fouls than tackles won by the Toon. They will be fortunate to finish with eleven men at this rate and already two down.
Jonas down after Jerko was called for a foul on Sissoko. Jeers from Citeh fans.
Anita, the Dutchman on for the injured Jonas. The last thing Alan Pardew needed as we are couple of minutes from halftime .Alan Pardew would take that right now.
Tiote has a long range effort saved by Hart. hat says it all when he has had their only chance.
Jerko heads wide from a cross by Aguero.
Three minutes of stoppage time.
John Carver and Alan Pardew in discussion as they will have plenty to say at the half. The Toon have tried; they just suck.
Steven Taylor blocks a shot by Aguero with his hand and the ref completely misses it. Should have been a penalty
Steven Taylor has now been given a straight red. What was he thinking as he wacked Aguero on the back of his head with an elbow. Eagle eyes from Andre Marriner.
Paul Dummit, the Welsh under 21 international on for his debut as he is on for Gouffran , who looks royally poised.
A left back for a midfield player.
Halftime and it the nightmare on Tyneside gets worse as the Toon are two goals down and a man down. The Toon's first half performance has been the worst I have seen this weekend.
Based on this showing, Alan Pardew would be favorite to win the Prem sack race. Steven Taylor will miss the next three matches.
What does Alan Pardew say to his players? Other than Ben Arfa and Krul , no Toon players seemed interested in giving an effort. will they be another QPR? Steven Taylor basically punched Aguero in the back of the head. What is wrong with him?
Alan Pardew looking really stressed out as the second half is underway.
I am not sure how Paul Walsh sees that assault by Steven Taylor as a yellow card. Newcastle have no chance of winning an appeal.
Naughty by Ben Arfa on Yaya, who at least is giving a toss.
Naughty by Fernadinho on Debuchy.
Alan Pardew looks like he gave the hairdryer treatment.
What a save by Krul from a close range header by Jerko off a cross by aguero then Aguero is fouled just outside the box.
A candidate for save of the season or at least the weekend.
GOAL !!! 3-0 AS YAYA SCORES A TEXTBOOK FREE KICK WITH A CURLER IN THE UPPER 90.
The Toon now bottom of the table.
I wonder if the arrival of Joe Kinnear has been a disruption to the club to the point where they won't perform.
Navas has a cross deflected for a corner.
A precise pass from Fernandinho to Silva ,w ho can't quite control and his shot is blocked then gathered by Krul.
Newcastle have a free kick and it is really awful as it is about twenty feet too high.
Newcastle have a free kick and it is really awful as it is about twenty feet too high.
Clichy has a shot deflected for a corner off a cross from Navas.
The corner from Silva is cleared.
Tim Krul gets it horribly wrong as he goes way out of his box to try to beat Clichy to a cross. Fortunately for the Toon the cross from Clichy was headed away.
I wonder if Ted Lasso will be interested in managing the Toon.
Anita heads out a corner from Aguero. Nasri on for Aguero.
A delightful chip from Yaya as Zaba and Nasri go for the ball and both fail to connect. Zaba sees the funny side of it.
Citeh attack again and Krul does well to push a shot from Jerko around the post. The corner from Nasri headed away by the first man.
Silva outmuscles Tiote and easily wins a tackle. That says it all.
The final roll of the dice for Alan Prdew as Sammy Ameobi is on for Ben Arfa. Definitely not snake eyes as Pardew has basically conceded this match.
As bad as the Toon have played they are doing better than they did at the Etihad last season.
Cisse easily tackled by Silva . Lack of effort.A cross from Navas deflects off of Dummit and off the top of the bar for a corner.Jerko heads wide from the corner.
LOL! Martin Tyler calls this a contest!
Kompany down injured from a slide tackle on Sammy Ameobi
Bad Kompany as the skipper will be replaced by Javi Garcia.
GOAL !!! 4-0 AS DEBUCHY WITH A HORRIBLE DEFENSIVE ERROR AS HE MISSED A ROUTINE PASS AND NASRI EASILY FINISHED PAST KRUL.
An innocuous pass from Zaba, nice dummy from Jerko , and Debuchy fell asleep as Nasri easily beat him to the ball to easily score.
Citeh four up, the score by which they beat the Toon last season at the Etihad, but there is still about fifteen minutes remaining.
OH! Jerko has header bounce off the top of the net off across from Navas. Nice break after a shot from Anita was easily blocked.
A round of applause as Negredo is on for a Prem debut, replacing Silva.
BLOW UP REF!
DON'T GIVE CITEH A CHANCE TO PAD THEIR GOAL DIFFERENCE.
I don't think Tiote has won a single tackle. Shocking!
dEBUCHY TACKLES nEGREDO FOR A CORNER.
GOAL !!! 5-0 A DEBUT GOAL FOR NEGREDO. No it's flagged offside as Krul saved a header from Jerko off a corner from Nasri and Negredo put away the rebound. The replay showed he was on and a lucky break for the Toon in what has been a horrible evening .
Jerko shoots straight at Krul as Nasri tackled Debuchy and passed to Jerko.
Negredo blasts well over off a cross from Clichy . Poor by Sissoko as he was easily tackled by Clichy. Three minutes of stoppage time.
Jerko named MOTM by the sponsors.
Tiote heads away a corner from Navas,.
I don't remember Joe Hart making a save this match.
That's it and Citeh defeat the Toon 4-0 as they did last season. Too easy for Citeh and based on this performance , the Toon will probably struggle this season.
That's it for me. Over and out.
Thanks for the thread, MUR - I really enjoyed reading your comments on what sounds like a comprehensive win for Citeh over a desperately poor Newcastle side.
I can hear half of the PPP gang calling for Pardew's head already!
