Monday Night Footie NBC Style
It's the first Monday Night Football match of the NBC era as Citeh host the Toon in a much discussed match. Join me if you can for this match on the NBC Sports Network as Citeh start the Manuel Pelligrini era. Kickoff is at 3 PM EDT.

Breaking news: Cabaye not included in the Toon squad for this match ahead of an 18 million Pound bid by the Gunners. The last thing Pardew needs and the last signing the Gunners need as they do not need a ball playing playmaker.

Alan Pardew was interviewed about Cabaye being left out of the squad and seem very uncomfortable. He stated the bid and the player's state of mind as the reason for being left out. He referred to the ten million Pound bid as unacceptable.

Poor free kick by Ben Arfa headed away by the first man and a Citeh counter nearly worked.
A sign of Newcastle's problem . Ben Arfa tackles Silva in Midfield, goes on a solo run and not one single player was up in support as he was tackled by Lescott.
Jerko drags as Steven Taylor was easily tackled by Fernandinho off a pass from Collocini.

GOAL !!! 2-0 AS AGUERO FINISHES WITH A SHOT OFF THE INSIDE POST.IT STARTED WITH KOMPANY WINNING THE BALL OFF OF CISSE. HIS LONG PASS WAS NICELY BACK HEELED BY JERKO AND AGUERO EASDILY BEAT FELLOW ARGIE, COLLOCINI AND SCORED WITH A BEAUTIFUL FINISH.

Citeh keep possession then the Toon break as the free kick from Navas was cleared. The Toon break and Fernadinho is booked for a foul on Ghouffran on the break.
Aguero fouled by Sissoko and is about to be booked to the delight of the Citeh fans who were none too pleased about that hefty challenge.
Silva off injured due to the foul. The free kick from Nava eludes several Citeh players who just fail to connect.

Based on this showing, Alan Pardew would be favorite to win the Prem sack race. Steven Taylor will miss the next three matches.

Tim Krul gets it horribly wrong as he goes way out of his box to try to beat Clichy to a cross. Fortunately for the Toon the cross from Clichy was headed away.

The final roll of the dice for Alan Prdew as Sammy Ameobi is on for Ben Arfa. Definitely not snake eyes as Pardew has basically conceded this match.
As bad as the Toon have played they are doing better than they did at the Etihad last season.

GOAL !!! 4-0 AS DEBUCHY WITH A HORRIBLE DEFENSIVE ERROR AS HE MISSED A ROUTINE PASS AND NASRI EASILY FINISHED PAST KRUL.
An innocuous pass from Zaba, nice dummy from Jerko , and Debuchy fell asleep as Nasri easily beat him to the ball to easily score.
Citeh four up, the score by which they beat the Toon last season at the Etihad, but there is still about fifteen minutes remaining.
OH! Jerko has header bounce off the top of the net off across from Navas. Nice break after a shot from Anita was easily blocked.

dEBUCHY TACKLES nEGREDO FOR A CORNER.
GOAL !!! 5-0 A DEBUT GOAL FOR NEGREDO. No it's flagged offside as Krul saved a header from Jerko off a corner from Nasri and Negredo put away the rebound. The replay showed he was on and a lucky break for the Toon in what has been a horrible evening .
Jerko shoots straight at Krul as Nasri tackled Debuchy and passed to Jerko.
Negredo blasts well over off a cross from Clichy . Poor by Sissoko as he was easily tackled by Clichy. Three minutes of stoppage time.

That's it and Citeh defeat the Toon 4-0 as they did last season. Too easy for Citeh and based on this performance , the Toon will probably struggle this season.
