Lakenheath Old Boys

We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

Sherwood Walks the Plank

It must feel like Christmas to the Gooners this week. First, they enjoyed their annual "St. Totteringham's Day" celebrations, as Spurs again failed to qualify for the Champions League. Then Cashley Cole was excluded from Woy Hodgson's plans for Brazil 2014 yesterday. Today, Gooners will wake up to the news that Tim Sherwood has been sacked. Mauricio Pochettino, who has turned Southhampton around in the past year, is the favorite to replace him. Care to gloat, Gooner?

If I were Gooner I would. I think Sherwood was a plaace holder. Gooner must be on cloud nine. Pochettino is a good choice. I would prefer him at OT to Van Gaal.
