Woy's Squad for the Jocks
England manager Roy Hodgson announced his squad for the upcoming international friendly with the Auld Enemy Scotland, and it's got quite a few surprises, including a first call-up for West Brom goal machine Saido Berahino. England face Scotland at 7pm GMT. Here's the squad in full:
Hart (Manchester City), Forster (Southampton), Foster (West Brom), Cahill (Chelsea), Smalling (Manchester United), Baines (Everton), Jagielka (Everton), Clyne (Southampton), Gibbs (Arsenal), Chambers (Arsenal), Shaw (Manchester United), Henderson (Liverpool), Lallana (Liverpool), Milner (Manchester City), Oxlade-Chamberlain (Arsenal), Sterling (Liverpool), Townsend (Spurs), Wilshere (Arsenal), Walcott (Arsenal), Barkley (Everton), Carrick (Manchester United), Downing (West Ham), Rooney (Manchester United), Welbeck (Arsenal), Lambert (Liverpool), Berahino (West Brom)
So what's the starting XI from that lot?

I am guessing it's the same squad for the Euro qualifier vs Slovenia at Wembley next Saturday at 5 PM GMT. There are definitely a few surprises. It will give Berahino a chance to show what he can do at international level.I am surprised to see Carrick and Lambert in the squad. Both are older and have rarely played this season. Theo is a surprise as he's just come back from a long term injury. Nat Clyne and Downing have been in great form and can show what they are capable of doing. Smalling shouldn't be in the squad. Didn't Woy watch the same Manc Derby as the rest of us?
My Starting XI vs Slovenia :
Hart, Jags,Cahill, Chambers, Baines, Sterling, Henderson, Lallana, Barkley,Roon, Wellie
My starting XI vs the Jocks
Forster, Clyne, Jags, Cahill, Gibbs,Henderson, Lallana, Ox, Wilshere, Roon,Berahino
Fraser Forster would have an interesting return to Celtic Park.
You've certainly picked an experimental side from that squad, MUR, but I can't fault it.
