The Champions League Begins!
A very good Tuesday afternoon to all of you in LOB Land. The Champions League group stage begins this afternoon with a couple of real crackers. In a few minutes, Barca kick off against PSV and Inter against Spurs. Later in the afternoon, the marquee match of the afternoon - Liverpool v. PSG - will grace the stage.
In addition, we've got a full slate of Championship matches on, including Leeds hosting Preston North End. When we met with them in the League Cup at the beginning of the month, they did us over. I'm hoping that the first team can redress the grievance.
Unfortunately, I'll be observing a colleague's class this afternoon, so I'll miss the first half. Join me if you're able to.

We are away in this afternoon's Champions League action!
The usual early doors jockeying so far.
Inter are having the better of the early exchanges.
Half an hour in and it's 0-0; Spurs coming into this one.
Coming down to the end of the first half - Spurs will be happy to go in 0-0.
Well, then. Christian Erickson has given Spurs the lead. A win away at the San Siro today would really be a tonic after their loss to Liverpool on Saturday.
Spurs are 10 minutes away from a famous victory and a superb start to their CL campaign.
Out of nowhere, Inter have equalized through Icardi to spoil the Spurs party.
And now Vecino has scored in extra time - pandemonium at the San Siro!
And that's it - Inter looked as if they were dozing their way to a home defeat but they've stolen it here in the waning minutes, Potch and his boys will be gutted in the flight back to London.
Meanwhile Barca have predictably tonked PSV 4-0.
The rest of the evening's matches have kicked off.
No goals anywhere in her first quarter of an hour. Come on, Leeds!
Wigan have taken the lead over Hull City.
Gala have taken the lead over Lokomotiv.
Villa now leading Rotherham, Let's have a goal now, Whites!
Back up in the office now and...
Yes! Liam Cooper has nodded us into the lead at the half-hour mark!
Brentford have also scored so we're still just a point and a couple of goals better than them. We need to look for more goals today.
The second half has started again.
In the Champions League, Liverpool are 2-1 up over PSG in quite a sensational performance. Goals from Sturridge and a penalty from LUFC Milner.
An hour in now and we seem to be bossing this one. Still - I'd like to see that second goal fly in. Come on, you Leeds boys!
Atletico are now 1-2 up at Monaco.
Liverpool still holding on to a 2-1 lead at Anfield.
YES! Tyler Roberts has added a second goal for us. I do believe that that's Tyler's debut goal after having signed from WBA in January. He's had a hard time breaking into this side, so taking advantage of his opportunity with Kemar Roofe injured is the way to do it.
Whites 2-0 up and cruising now.
And even better news - Ipswich have equalized against Brentford! Go on, you Tractor Boys!
Full-time: 3-0! Wallop! We're now four points clear of Brentford in second, five points clear of WBA in third. GD advantage of four goals, too. MOT!
