Lakenheath Old Boys
We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

Some really interesting matches going on earlier today. A rejuvenated Citeh has eked out a 1-0 win over their Manchester rivals. It's the worst ever Premiership start for United - sorry, Dave - but it's still very early and I find it hard to believe that they won't be there are there abouts come Christmas.
And Arsenal are currently 0-1 up in the second half away to Blackburn. This is precisely the kind of match that last year's Arsenal side had trouble with. It's a great sign for them that they're are showing the kind of grit away from home - and that Van Persie is on the scoresheet again.
Here are the sides lining up at Anfield this afternoon:
Liverpool: Reina, Finnan, Carragher, Agger, Arbeloa, Pennant, Gerrard, Alonso, Riise, Torres, Kuyt.
Subs: Itandje, Hyypia, Crouch, Babel, Mascherano.
Chelsea: Cech, Wright-Phillips, Ben-Haim, Terry, Ashley Cole, Kalou, Lampard, Essien, Malouda, Obi, Drogba.
Subs: Cudicini, Makelele, Joe Cole, Pizarro, Alex.
Referee: Robert Styles (Hampshire)
GOAL: Liverpool 1-0! The wonderboy Torres scores his first goal for the Reds after completely skinning Ben Haim. I may have underestimated Torres - he's looked good in the Premiership so far.
David Dunn has equalized for Blackburn against the Arse. 1-1 with fifteen minutes left.
Half time at Anfield and Liverpool still lead 1-0 from that Torres strike. Pretty tight all round.
Blackburn and Arsenal are still deadlocked in the last ten minutes. Nine yellow cards and one red (for Ryan Nelson) tells you all you need to know about this one.
I was away from the computer when Chelski scored after a very dodgy penalty call for Malouda. Lampard slotted home the pen - a good sign for England. 1-1.
Full-time: 1-1; it's interesting that once again a big game has ended in a draw. I noticed in some of the preview material that the big games are hardly ever decisive when it comes to the championship.
So, that leaves Citeh with the only perfect record so far.
The penalty call was atrocious . . .the Chelsea player was dummying the ball and the Liverpool player's contact was inconsequential . . .
I just had a look at the Citeh-United match on the review show. What on earth was Rio doing turning his back on Geovanni as he was preparing to shoot. A schoolboy error.
Good to see that Rob Styles has been suspended for a week after that horrible penalty call against Chelski.
