Lakenheath Old Boys
We are all former students at Lakenheath High School and other public schools in East Anglia. We were in school in the 70s and 80s and drank deeply from the well of British culture of those decades - the pints, the telly, and of course the footie!

Morning, Dave! Thanks for the post. I just put one up but I deleted it. Nice graphic - where did you find it?
So it looks like Rooney's throat hasn't healed and he is not in the squad
Giggs makes appearance #900 for the club
I am going to be watching the match on FSC+ and will be looking for a derby link on the computer
I've got a lovely link going
http://www.firstrowsports.eu/watch/110062/1/watch-arsenal-vs-tottenham-hotspur.html
Norwich United has started on FSC+ at 8:23
I've got a good link up for Norwich v. United at Carrow Road:
http://www.firstrowsports.eu/watch/110063/2/watch-norwich-city-vs-manchester-united.html
Morning Bob
Away we go at Carrow Road
Norwich have started brightly... knock it off!
The match has kicked off at Carrow Road, while we're still doing the coin flip at the Emirates.
Scoreless after half an hour in the Sheffield derby
My link is 10 seconds behind FSC
Norwich deserved something from the match at Old Trafford. United won 2-0 but played hopeless and Norwich missed many chances
Jon Champion and your old boy Stuart Robson in the mic on FSC. Spurs to get us underway in the big, big North London Derby.
I predict that this could be Arsene Wenger's last match in charge of the Gunners.
My link has Martin Tyler and the Nev
United have a chance but Giggs hits one over the bar
GOAL! Saha with a jammy one! 1-0 Spurs.
Start packing your bags, Arsene!
GOAL... PAUL SCHOLES SCORES GOALS!!!!!!
YES!!!!!!!
At the same time.. Spurs take the lead!
At the same time, Paul Scholes (scores goals) scores a goal to put United 0-1 up. My boy Nani was the supplier.
Arsenal were all over the place at the back there. Saha had acres of space when Bale played it to him.
"Some mutinous comments from the crowd around us" says Jon Champion.
I never got a hello from you BD
Kieran Gibbs goes down looking for a pen. Nothing doing from the ref.
Never a pen for Arsenal... a big flop
You did indeed, mate. Look back at 8:21am. But, I'll say it again - morning, Dave! How are you, mate?
A lot of pressure again from the Arse here. Another penalty claim. Never.
my link got reloaded and I have your commentating duo
Spurs will consolidate their place in third on 56 points with a win here while United will close the gap with Citeh to two points (three if you count GD).
Morning again.
I don't know how I missed it.
I think I found it on the beeb
ooh, just wide by Welbeck
Oh - Welbeck nearly makes it 0-2 United. Good save Ruddy.
Scholes has a rocket of a shot blocked by his own teammate
You're slipping in your old age, mate.
Oh - RVP just wide. How did he miss?
At the very least, Arsenal have had a spirited response to going behind.
RVP should have scored there!
Leeds get a mention at the Man U match
Some bloke on Norwich was on the Leeds team that won at OT
Rangers are winning 3-1 at Inverness... can they cut the lead to 20?
Oh - Bale beat Sagna there and whipped over a cross that Kranjcar should have done better with.
United's defense just isn't too good
That "bloke" is Bradley Johnson. We sold him to Norwich in the summer. We also just sold our skipper Jonny Howson to Norwich but he's injured at the moment.
I'd like to see Bale get a knock on the shin either today or Wednesday so he would have to sit out next weekend!
United look shaky with all the balls that get delivered into the box!
RVP just close again. Good Arsenal pressure.
Rosicky has a header tipped over by big Brad. Poor defending there from Spurs.
Two chances close for the Gunners... nice save by Big Brad
No singing at the Library. They're saving their energy to boo Adebayor.
Oooh - Arsenal's defense again was all at sea once they lost the ball. Adebayor streaked through the middle of it, his shot was deflected back to Kyle Walker who blasted wide.
Come on United... step it up a little!
Phew... great save by De Gea!!
Norwich on top!
Another free kick concede by United to allow Norwich to put one in the box... cleared
Blimey - Theo is having an absolute 'mare. I wouldn't be surprised if he goes off early doors.
He's been hopeless all season!
I don't know how he is in the England squad
Who do you want to win the Cup Final today
I hate both teams!!!
The referee's letting a lot go here at the Emirates.
Good morning BD and UWS. I must have overslept.
Another free kick conceded by Evans... some players are stupid!!
I'm fine with Liverpool winning. I bloody hate Cardiff City.
Modric and Parker go into the book.
Morning, MUR! Great to have you on board.
I hate both teams too. I am not sure. Perhaps Cardiff, so there is a decision whether or not to let them participate in the Europa League.
Morning MUR
A good start by our lot but we are starting to slip back to our hopeless displays!
Hernandez with a chance but a weak shot
Chicha has a chance but stabs it straight at Ruddy.
Koscielny into the book now.
Perhaps Cardiff because I REALLY hate Liverpool
Thanks , BD. Chicharito shot straight at Ruddy after being put through by Welbeck.
Penalty to Spurs! And will Sussudio go off for the foul!?
Another chance for Norwich... lovely save again by De Gea... keep it up boy
Penalty for Spurs!!
De Gea saves from a header by Grant Holt off a cross by Pilkington.
I thought Bale had lost control of the ball there and dragged his foot to get contact with Sussudio. But penalty it is.
Still 0-1 in both matches.
Adebayor to take, of course....
Scores easily! 0-2!
No red card but still a penalty... Adebayor.... is he going to run at the crowd... great finish
Ade to take the penalty.
GOAL !!! 0-2 SPURS AS ADE SCORES FROM THE SPOT.
The Spurs fans are going absolutely potty now. That's got to really hurt.
That will be really unpopular with the Gunners fans.
The Spurs fans were trying to act South American!
Do you really think Arsene could be fired?
Spurs in full flow now.
We now need United to double their lead
Paul Merson was predicting it yesterday. He said "all hell would break loose" if Arsenal lost today. I agree.
I don't see him being fired.
Theo shouldn't have given that ball up!
Bale is away now and has a shot that's covered at the near post.
A really open feel to this match now - more goals to come, for sure.
Simeon Jackson wins a corner off of Evans.Bale shot at Szezny off the counter.
Theo's had a shocker!
why Do Spurs keep having so much space down their left. Where is Sseussudeio?
Bob has predicted that it will be his last game in charge
At least Arshavin went on loan to Zenit St. Petersburg.
Come on United!!!!!!
I would be surprised if that's the case even though it should be.
OH - RVP off the post now! Not Arsenal's day.
Now they have scored! Sagna with a great header!
1-2!
We need to match Spurs and Citeh
Off the post by RVP?
Arsenal score!!
Game on
Arsene has now presided over Arsenal's longest run without a trophy - seven years.
GOAL !!! THE GUNNERS PULL AS SAGNA SCORES WITH A GREAT HEADER AFTER A SHOT INITIALLY CAME OFF THE POST.iT'S ARSENAL 1 SPURS 2
Arsenal fans are baying for Theo's blood now. He should go off at the interval.
Arteta is booked.
RVP with a terrific curler! Desmond!
GOAL !!! 2-2 AS RVP SCORES WITH A GREAT FINISH . I CAN'T BELIEVE IT . I THOUGHT THIS MATCH WAS DONE AND DUSTED. WHAT A COMEBACK!
Ruddy Norah!!
What a comeback... Great shot.. ever thought of sending RVP to his right!
Two minutes of stoppage time at Carrow Road as Arsene celebrates.
Just the opposite as last season!
United troop in for the half-time cuppa 0-1 up and pleased I suspect.
Half time at Carrow Road
Not good enough by United
That is true. Spurs came from behind last year.
Harry's not so happy any more.
De Gea does well to gather under pressure from Simeon Jackson and United lead 0-1 at halftime thanks to that early Scholes goal.Three minutes of stoppage time from the EM.
Not pleased that we have let Norwich back in the match.
Bale tried something fancy when he could have been behind Kieran Gibbs.
Halftime and Arsenal have come from two down as it is 2-2.Gooner should be delighted.
A big difference to the mood of the crowd at the half-time whistle. 2-2.
I changed my link of the match to link 7.. I have Martin and Gaz on the mic
Lovely jubbly.. I have sky sports
Still scoreless at the hour mark of the Steel City derby
The line ups for the Stoke Swansea match are out but who cares!
Wes Hoolihan is on for Simeon Jackson . I am surprised as the second half kicks off from Carrow Road.
Carrick puts Chicha through , who fortunately wins a corner off of Adam Drury.
The corner from Giggs is headed away by Naughton, but United keep possession.
Now Evans is booked for a foul on Hoolihan as the Canaries tried a counter.
Back from the loo and the second half has started in Norfolk. I have lost my London link
Two subs for Spurs - Sandro and VDV - coming on. Kranjcar off.
Spurs make a double substitution as Sandro and VDV come on, but for whom? The second half kicks off from the Em.
Wednesday have taken the lead against United after 73 minutes
Useless cross by Theo. Off to Russia with you!
Great save by Big Brad
Great save by Brad from Rosicky.
Kyle Walker looks as if he's going to have to come off. Dawson will come on for him. Spurs' last change.
Looks like walker is hanging in there as he's back in the thick of the action.
He was in the England squad too
GOAL! Rosicky completes the come-back!
THREE TWO!!!!
Just like last season... except the opposite!!
GOAL !!!! 3-2 AS THE COMEBACK IS COMPLETE AS ROSICKY SCORES. HE PLAYED A GREAT ONE TWO WITH SAGNA.
Rosicky found Sagna out wide right and then continued his run to the near post. Sagna found him and he flicked it over Brad.
3-2 Arsenal!
Come on United.. it's your turn!!!
That brings Arsenal level on points with Chelski in 4th. What a difference!
They still need two more goals to overtake the Blues
If Adam Drury has been with the Canaries for ten years then he is the only remaining player from that one season stay in the EPL during 2004-2005. It's safe to say he's been to hell and back!
I've stopped watching the match at Carrow Road - it's rubbish!
I am due to my United loyalties.
Attendance at Hillsborough
36,364....... BIG CLUB!
We lost 2-0 the last time we came to Carrow Road.
I agree but I can't stop!
3 goals in 13.5 minutes for the Arse... watch them still lose
I wonder how Gooner is celebrating? He will consider this the match of the season.
Useless cross by Jones
Come on United!
An amazing attendance at Hillsborough as both teams are battling for promotion to the Championship in the Steel City Derby.IS it still called EL CLASSICO?
I wouldn't mind Arsenal going on a strong run now
We can't meet them so win them all!
Oh - Walcott nearly added a fourth. Spurs are all over the place now.
I called it yesterday that the attendance would be bigger than all the Champioinship matches and a lot of the Prem games.
I am going to look into it
Young is on for Hernandez... again... not too impressive by Javier
Not a big match.
Welbeck almost in but cleared off the line
COME ON!
Rangers won 1-4 at Inverness Callie as Wednesday day lead 1-0 in stoppage time of the Steel City Derby. BD will be pleased.
Too much work to find the attendances but more than QPR, WBA, Wigan, Norwich and Stoke in the Prem
Tis
Sandro's into the book early on.
Ashley Young is on for Chicha and Elliott Bennett is on for Bradley Johnson. One less for the LUFC Academy factor. Now the MUFC Academy factor leads.
Never a yellow... it is the screaming and the rolling got the yellow
CHILDREN
United CANNOT drop any points!
Whitbread clears off the line from Welbeck. Are you watching Jurgen?
Well, you think that the Iceland log rolling championships are a big event, mate.
Nice collection again by De Gea... doing well... keep it up son
Still rubbish from Carrow Road
Whitbred is Evil as he is a former Liverpool and Millwall player despite being a U. S. international.
Wednesday have won 1 nil
Still in third behind Charlton and United
Andre Marriner is the ref at Carrow Road. Not a popular name for Canary fans despite the slightly different spelling. He must have received an interesting reception.
GOAL! Walcott makes it 4-2!
Walcott with number FOUR... is STEVE DANCING?
Now it's Spurs' backfour that are looking creaky. RVP runs away with it and lays off to Theo for a nice finish.
GOAL !!! 2-4 GUNNERS AS THEO SCORES WITH A GREAT FINISH.GREAT PASS FROM RVP.
Gooner must be dancing!
Did Steve bugger off at 2 nil or did he stay?
Congrats mate
Flips from Steve?
The Library in full voice now.
Congrats Steve. A great comeback. So one more goal to leapfrog Chelsea?
Of course, this makes the title race a two horse one
There is an 8 point gap
ooh, Giggs off the bar
Knock Spurs down a peg for next weekend!
IT IS FIVE!!!!!!!!!!!
5-2! Arsenal are in dreamland!!!!!
That puts them in FOURTH!
As you said Bob.. Theo is hopeless!!
WOW !!! 2-5 GUNNERS AS THEO RUNS BEHIND LEDLEY AND SCORES HIS SECOND IN A MATTER OF MINUTES
What does Psycho make of it all?
pEARCE IS WATCHING , SO HE MUST BE A CERT TO PLAY VS hOLLAND ON wEDNESDAY.
15 minutes to go at Carrow Road... please score United!!!
To be fair, Theo was lucky on both goals. His first touches were really awful but the ball bobbled back to him so that he could hit the final shots.
I still think he stinks... but he will be playing on Wednesday
Will Spurs be angry when they have to play us? I wonder if this loss will motivate them or hurt them for their fixture against us.
We still have a Cup Final to look forward to!
I think these two matches are bigger than the cup final.
Great passing by United but Scholes last ball was just cut off
Norwich ask for a pen for a handball on Evra.. not given... phew!
Sandro has a shot deflected straight to Szezny.
Arsenal taking the foot off the pedal for a moment, allowing a couple of Spurs chances.
Nani fails to get the ball across!
COME ON
If you care
Swansea should be ahead with less than two minutes on the clock. A pin-point ball from Nathan Dyer was met by Scott Sinclair who was in acres of space but he side-footed his effort well over the bar.
BBC Radio 5 live pundit David Pleat after Arsenal's fifth goal at the Emirates: "It has been quite an amazing turnaround. Strangely Walcott has scored the two goals after he was the butt of the Arsenal crowd's criticism in the first half. They were baying for him to be brought off the pitch."
One more goal for Arsenal and they'll go above Chelski in 4th! Wow!
That confirms what we were stating.
The Nev has a great point... this match shows why the teams haven't done well in the Champions League this season... you can't defend like this
High and wide by Bale.
The Cup Final is Liverpool's first visit to the new Wembley... Cardiff have been there before
Carl Jenkinson coming on for Kieran Gibbs.
Under 10 to go at CR
