Here is the team news out of Madrid tonight:

I just checked your lineups. Courtois is in goal for Athletico on loan from Chelsea , playing against Chelsea. Jose is none too pleased about it, but when is he ever?

Chelski are successfully choking the life out of this match. Half an hour gone and Jose must be really pleased with things.

I suppose the positive spin on this one is that it was an extremely professional outing from Chelski. Really cynical stuff from Mou and co though. If they lost on Sunday and then again on Wednesday week, I'd be delighted.

Reading two up thanks to two early goals from Adam LeFondre and an OG by George Friend.
Reading have defeated Middlesbrough 2-0 and are now up to sixth, knocking Brighton out of a playoff spot. That's it for me.
