I thought of mine as well. No need for penalties. More shots and corners is an accurate way of determining who is better even though it's not perfect it's better than lots and fair play.
Lots last used in the 19990 World Cup between Holland an Ireland. Jack Charlton's lads won and finished second. while Holland finished third and got Germany in the Round of Sixteen.
