The Long and Winding Road Nears its End
The Europa League - the most unlovable of all European footie tournaments - nears its completion today with the second legs of the semis. Both home sides are up against it after the first legs last week. Juve will look to overturn a 2-1 deficit when they host Benfica today while Valencia have a 2-0 disadvantage to turn around. Tune in here to follow all of the action this afternoon.

As usual, there are real PPP implications in this one.
A correct prediction in the Europa will bring 6 points.
Here are those who have picked one of the semi finals:
Benfica - MUR
Sevilla - Simon
Valencia - Blue Devil, Gooner
I've got the Fox Sports link up through First Row.
The team lineups at the San Siro:
Juve - Buffon, Cacares, Bonucci, Chiellini, Lichtstein, Pogba, Vidal, Pirlo, Asamoah, Llorente, Tevez.
Benfica - Oblak, Pereira, Luisao, Garay, Sique, Perez, Amorim, Gaitan, Markovic, Lima, Rodrigo.
And at the Mestaia:
Valencia - Alves, Pereira, Costa, Mathieu, Bernat, Feghouli, Parejo, Keita, Piatti, Vargas, Jonas.
Sevilla - Beto, Coke, Fazio, Pareja, Navarro, Mbia, Carrico, Vitolo, Rakitic, Jose Antonio, Bacca.
Oh - Ricardo Costa went in heavy there - that should easily been a yellow and might have been red.
Furious pace to the start of this match.
GOAL! Valencia are back in it!
Wahay! Valencia are level now. Jonas with a big header off the bar and in.
Desmond!
If Valencia go on to win this one and Juve can turn things around, I'll be left alone in this one. I could use the points!
Half time at the Mestaia and it's poised on a knife's edge. Sevilla had a big chance toward the end of that half to get that priceless away goal but it's still even steven.
2-2!
We're away again at the Mestaia.
Still 0-0 in the other semi final, Juve chasing that elusive goal that will put them through.
I'm off to my afternoon class - I'm hoping that Valencia can pull this one out.
Hello Bob. Valencia went 3-0 up on the night and 3-2 on agg. However, Stephane M'Bia, the former QPR flop, scored a vital away goal for Sevilla in the final minute of stoppage time to put Sevilla in the final on the away goals rule. Sorry Dahlgrens. Congratulations Simon.
Benfica held on to a 0-0 draw and go through 2-1 on agg despite an away goal in the first leg by Carlos Bloody Tevez. I am delighted . Simon or Yours Truly will pick up six points in a fortnight.
Bugger! I'm just back from my class and see that Sevilla won out on the away goals rule tonight.
Benfica are through in the other tie. So it's MUR vs. Simon for those precious six points.
