Happy Saturday?
Happy Saturday, everyone - or will it be? For me, that very much depends on the result of the big match at 10am between Leeds, currently lying in 19th hosting Southampton, currently in 20th. A win today for our new manager Javi Gracia gives my beloved team a glimmer of hope. Anything less than that surely means relegation for us. We'll also need some help in some of the other matches, including a Man City slaughter of Bournemouth in the 12:30pm match.

It's the start of a new era for my beloved Leeds United with the first match in charge for Javi Gracia, the former Watford and Valencia boss, who was appointed our manager this week. It couldn't be a bigger match for us either today, as we currently lie in 19th place and host the team in 20th Southampton. A win today might launch us out of the dropzone, if the other results are kind to us. Come on, you Whites! #MOT!
The squad for this morning's match:
Leeds: Meslier, Ayling (cap), Firpo, Koch, Wober, Aaronson, Harrison, Adams, McKennie, Gnoto, Bamford
Subs: Robles, Kristensen, Monteiro, Roca, Summerville, Gyabi, Rutter, Greenwood, Joseph.
My biggest fear today is a JWP free kick. That's what undid Chelsea last weekend and it could easily do the same today. We need to avoid conceding free kicks around the area.
Leeds legend Michael Bridges doing the color commentary today - maybe a good omen?
We're underway at Elland Road and, as usual, it's the high press, attacking start from us.
Oh - early chance for Lord Bamford, providing by, who else? Willy Gnonto.
Snapshot by Suleimani there - went well wide, thankfully.
Everything is going through Gnonto so far. But Aaronson is looking up for it as well.
Gnonto wins a corner - come on!
We're thoroughly dominating possession but haven't really created any real chances as of yet.
Oh - another chance there. Lord Bamford can't get to it but Ayling comes onto it and wellies it into the crowd.
Oh - Aaronson had a chance from the top of the box. Should have hit the target.
Oh - Aaronson was away there but couldn't find Lord Bamford.
Southhampton not really showing any ambition up front but they could still hit us on the break.
A massive scramble in the Saints box but it comes to nothing.
Another corner for us now. Comes to nothing again. We have to use those opportunities better.
Gnonto wins another corner now. Come on, let's have a decent delivery.
The short corners aren't really working either.
Lord Bamford finally latches onto a Gnonto cross but he can't quite get enough on it.
Now Jack tries a curler but it loops wide.
Soton players starting to deliberately waste time.
No shots on target as we near half time.
Oh - we had a two on one there but McKennie's ball for Aaronson wasn't good enough.
Loads of goals in the Championship; no goals at all in the Premier League.
Another mad scramble in the box but again we can't quite profit from it.
We're back on for the second half and Lord Bamford has a chance. Bamford thought he was being held there but nothing doing.
